How can I improve gaming on computer without getting new laptop?

all depends on the game.. laptops you can’t change the graphics card.. so if thats the issue.. lower the options in game for a start.

thats where desktops are always better.

Have no other programs running but the game. Add RAM if you can, but that’s it! Laptops were never really designed for gaming!

HAVE THE SAME LAPTOP. NEED MEMORY, AND THATS PRETTY MUCH ALL U CAN DO WITH A LAPTOP WITH OUT REPLACING

besides ram –u can go to a better hard drive (5400 ) to 7200—a better cd/dvd rom-and u can change ur vid card and cpu — even ur wireless card
look in pcworld.com has all the steps —one of the few u can do this up grade to—it was sept 2008 —article –get more out of ur laptop
